I was wondering what to do when I put this girl back outside? She's been in the house getting stronger for about 3 weeks now and it's getting quite cold out. 14 degrees 2day! Would she catch cold or get sick by just putting her right outside after being in the house at 60 degrees? I'm really worried on what to do to get her back out there safely* Can any one tell me the right thing to do?

Being out of the flock for 3 weeks, she may be attacked by others if she goes back out, so I would slowly start reintroducing her, perhaps in a dog crate with food/water where they can see her. Then have some supervised visits and free ranging.

For the cold, if it is possible to use a heating pad on low, or put a tarp around 3 sides of the crate to hold her body heat in. If her flock readily accepts her back, they might keep her warm gathering together in the roost.
