Hurt leg

I have a rooster whos been hopping on one foot but i looked at his hurt foot and the bottoms a little swallon i dont know what happened to him but i cant tell if its broken or not and i dont know what to do any help would be apprciated.

Can you take a photo of the bottom of said foot? It may be bumblefoot.
