Hurt leg?

Have a 2 week old chick that isn't growing well and has a hip/leg problem. He's walking on it okay and has strength in his toes not sure if he hatched with a deformity or got hurt...he was always under the hen. Any advice is appreciated!!

Can’t see the deformity in your pictures. Could you bring him indoors with a companion or two to feed him separately maybe adding more protein to his diet. Eggs, mealworms, gamebird or feather fixer feed.
