Hurt legs?

thought it could be a double jointed but also now thinking if I would have noticed it sooner if he was. He is around 13 weeks old and very kind. He doesn't seem to have issues with walking around or jumping off the roosting bars.
Looks like his tendon may be slipping a bit.

You can try stabilizing the leg and joint by wrapping it, but it would need to be checked frequently to make sure the wrap is not too tight and that the skin is looking good.

I'd also offer supportive care by giving him B-Complex that contain B2(Riboflavin). For a growing cockerel that is leggy, I would give 1/2 tablet daily.

What's the protein % in your grower starter? At least 18? If so, that's good.

I have been giving him rooster booster for 6 days now. And I am not sure how I need to be wrapping his legs. Like how high I should go up. But so far there is no improvement in his walking and if im being honestnit kinda looks worse. I feel awful bc he does seem unbalanced but I dontnsee indications of it actually hurting him. But will he be able to sleep if I wrap both legs. We have an extra coop for when chickens are hurt or sick or time out so I was just gonna leave him in there for a while when I wrap his legs. It has a small run inside our big run but that way he can still see everyone but not be able to jump up on anything.

Sorry for all the errors I need to proff read this stuff before pressing send. Mind is else where it seems.

Sorry to hear he's not improving.

Wrapping can be a bit tricking. There's a splinting manual I'll link below.
But I'd try wrapping to help stabilize the leg and see if it helps. I would first try wrapping in a way that he can still move the joint and move about a little. If there's a roosting bar in the small coop, you may want to take it out it lower it so it's only a few inches from the floor so he's not jumping.

Putting him separate may help, especially if he's being chased about or is trying to evade other birds. Monitor him, it may stress him out quite a bit to be separated, some do o.k. others can't tolerate separation - you'll have to judge that.
