Hurt legs?

I don't know what happened or when it happened but I noticed it about a week ago just thought it could be a double jointed but also now thinking if I would have noticed it sooner if he was. He is around 13 weeks old and very kind. He doesn't seem to have issues with walking around or jumping off the roosting bars. Anyone have any ideas on what's wrong with him or how to help him? He doesn't seem to be in pain. I slowed the video down so you all could get a good visual of how his legs kinds bow out only when he walks.

I think I got it. Lol. I feed grow starter. And treats very from stuff from the garden.
