Thank you again.
I won't lack for food, in addition to the 250lbs of beef in the freezer (plus frozen veggies and pizzas), I've had 3 friends drop off ravioli, goulash, cookies, salads and lots of other stuff, so I'll HAVE to keep eating just to make room in the fridge.
I've got to call his ex-wife and daughter from previous marriage (not looking forward to this since setpdaughter is my age and also the result of fetal alcohol syndrome so even though she is 30, her mental capacity is that of a 10 yr old) and make more calls to friends and family.
Sigh, also have a splitting headache.
Finding out that Mantracker isn't going to be on the air anymore isn't helping either.

please please dont ever blame yourself! i want to send you thisl ink please dont feel turned off by the look of it or think its "jsut for crazy people" its not and it has dont alot of people a world of good. i joined when i found out i had BP disorder and i sent it to my aunt when she lost her husband from lung cancer suddenly. the people are supportive and lovely! theres never anything you cant talk about with these people no matter how bad you think the feelings are no one will judge.
