Husband question incubator

Quote:
this (misting) is for Dickey incubators (and waterfowl species also as mentioned by Shelley). it is designed differently than others. it is a cabinet style.

it sounds like this is a table top unit.

Jason, may God bless Venieca and your child. i speak blessing and health over them and you. i speak blessing over the hospital staff that is attending her right now for direction and discernment. a hedge of thorns about Venieca and your family.

I looked over the incubator without opening it and found a straw taped to a funnel sitting on the table next to it. After examinating the incubator, I realized there are holes on the top of the syrofoam incubator and she put the bowls exactly under the holes. I slipped the straw through the holes and it darned on me! She made a way to add water to the bowls without opening the lid to the incubator.

Yes she did, see you are doing great! Good luck with the hatch! Please give an update when you can, and let Venieca know we are praying for her and the baby and also you and
the rest of the family. Take care!

Good luck! You've gotten great advice so far, which is not surprising. There is a good reason your wife has this board bookmarked!

What is remarkable in this thread is the awesome husband who started it. You are taking such good care not only of your wife and unborn baby, but your wife's projects too--all the more impressive because it's not something that personally interests you. She is a very lucky woman to have you.

And you've also got it all figured out. After all the stories of husbands who don't follow instructions and mess up entire hatches by doing stupid things--well, it's refreshing to hear a husband who is smart enough to figure stuff out and considerate enough to go to the trouble to try.

I hope your wife's blood pressure stabilizes soon. I will be holding her and the baby in the Light.

So, when the chicks (hopefully) all hatch out, are you going to tell her you came on here for the goodies after you were pulling your hair out

or are you going to be all blase about it and tell her how easy it was and you did it all yourself? lol.

I hope all turns out well for you, your wife and all your brood.
