Hygrometer Info please

I am looking for a hygrometer that will register a change in humidity quickly, like when I open my octagon to remove chicks. Anybody have one they like and can recommend. I see such mixed reviews on them. Not sure what to get. Thanks.

Sits outside the incubator (only the temperature/humidity probe goes inside), reading refreshes every 3 or 4 seconds (not really sure, but it's fast) and it as minimum/maximum temperature and humidity memory register (that you can easily reset anytime).

I did a salt water/plastic bag calibration test, mine is 2% off in humidity reading... Being digital it's not adjustable, but a 2% error in humidity reading I can perfectly live with.
