Hygrometer/temperature gauge recommendations?

I’m looking for both and indoor thermometer/hygrometer for my incubator as well as one for my coop that tolerates extreme cold (-30). Any good recommendations? I want good quality and something that will last.

Btw, I hate digital gauges.

I think I already recommended a good incubator therm in the intervention thread.
Would be hard to find an analog for the incubator.

Any hardware or big box store up der in MN would have one for out in the coop.

I’ll have to search some more stores I guess. I was hoping to get one better quality. The ones I’ve been buying for the coop seem to be total junk. For instance, today it is below zero and my temperature gauge reads 50. I hate that companies sell junk like that.
