Can anyone tell me if its safe to use Hypericum Perforatum for pain control in a chicken? I see an old thread re using it for Mareks disease and it works for nerve pain but I'm wondering if it is safe to give my hen who got attacked by a racoon to help her with the pain of her wounds and poss. pulled muscle/tendon. Any help as soon as poss. would be great. I tried PMing the person in the 2009 thread re this but I guess she is no longer a member. Thanks - Sharon
