If your hens are still laying I'd lean toward your rooster being too rough with the hens. In the fall when chickens molt they'll grow their feathers back if you removed the rooster. If you leave in the rooster then he'll do the same thing with their new feathers that are growing in. You really don't need a rooster unless you want to have chicks. I enjoy having a rooster because I love the cock-a-doodle-do. However, if my hens looked like your hens the rooster would be gone. Not all roosters are so rough.

Welcome to BYC.

That's your roosters being jerks and having no technique. See the missing feathers below her comb and the way the feathers are scraped away from her shoulders? If they were plucking at each other (feather-eating), the damage would be localised to just in front of the tail, and to the butt-fluff. If it was a moult, you would soon see new feathers poking through, having pushed the old ones out. Also, they mostly stop laying while moulting.

Feather-eating. Best example is the hen in the back with the plucked tail.

It may be left-over from when you had three roosters. Chickens can take a really long time to regrow feathers, if they're not actively moulting.

First and foremost...:welcome! I hope that you enjoy this site as much as the rest of us do! I have learned SOOO much from this site, and I hope that you do too! :loveYes... I agree with @sourland , @sylviethecochin , and @wamtazlady, and @Chick-N-Fun! This hen looks as if she has been overbred. I would most definitely separate your rooster from her, or get some more hens. Right now, I am having the same problem with my Jersey Giant Roo and my Americana... I'm thinking that i either need to get rid of the Roo or get more chickens... lol I wonder which one I'll going to choose... :lau

Good luck, and I hope this helps!:thumbsup

When was the last time she laid? How many hens do you have with the one Rooster? How long ago did you get rid of your other 2 roosters?
I got ride of them like a month ago but my other rooster isn’t really violent sure he does the deed once in a while but he is mostly tame

I now have 1 rooster and 8 chickens, I got rid 2 of my roosters but I think since the breeding rate is decreasing I think they should be fine
