I’m Confuse about my chicken

I got ride of them like a month ago but my other rooster isn’t really violent sure he does the deed once in a while but he is mostly tame

With the other 2 gone and with 8 hens now with only 1 rooster, things should definitely get better. She won’t grow new feathers, unfortunately until her annual molt.
Furthermore, if she is the only hen looking like that, then separate the rooster for awhile and give that poor girl a break.
