Agahaghagga I just learnt there are more colorful egg poof faced chickens than Easter eggers, olive eggers, Ameraucanas, and Araucanas. So what are these

First picture I see a marans and an EE cockerel. Second picture could be a blue ameraucana, but if you got her as an assorted layer, or as an Americana/Americana, most likely an EE
 
EE is not a breed standard. It is a term used for any chicken that has the potential to lay blue or green eggs. Sometimes it is extended to refer to a chicken that lays any color of egg that is not a standard white, brown, or cream.
Many EE are related in someway to Ameraucana or Aruacana. These birds often have beards and sometimes muffs. These birds can be any color. Another common EE relation is a cream legbar. These birds do not have muffs or beards.
