I’m having problems hatching quail and chicken eggs

My chicken eggs are fertile, but they aren’t hatching, I am trying to figure that out but could use some help!

Hey polish! A few details will help get you the right answers
Are you using a hen or incubator?
What kind of incubator?
Have you used a seperate thermometer to check the temp inside?
Same with humidity are you checkinv with a hydrometer?
Have you candled eggs to see if they are growing and if so about how many days do they appear to stop?
I'm newish to incubating too I just know these are questions that will be asked. Hopefully an eggspert will be along shortly to help
