No. I think you need to focus very strongly on getting copious amounts of ventilation into that resin shed. Heat kills chickens a lot more often than cold does.
Without ventilation in there you're not going to get the heat out during the summer.
Without that ventilation you're not going to get the damp stale air out in the winter which is the primary reason large combed birds get frostbite.
Birds are not mammals. They do not need to have a heated space to live in. They retain their own body heat via their specialized feathers.

Thank you so much for your advice! I am relieved that I will be able to get these guys outside sooner than I thought.
