Hello! A few years ago I had chickens. Unfortunately we had to give them up but we have done renovations and are excited to get some back in about a month. Until then, we are now proud parents of 3 ducks!! Last weekend We got our ducks from a farm close to home. Their first night here, no eggs, no problem! Second day, 4 eggs!!! For 3 ducks!!! Since then, we get 2 eggs a day, from 3 ducks. No clue who is laying or not. Is this normal? Also, one duck has a wee bit of blood on her back/side and I have seen the bully caught in the act! I can’t separate them easily because we are still in the Canadian winter weather here and it’s still quite cold and they stay in the same coop. Any ideas? I also caught the bully sitting or laying on top of the other one the other day as well. I do believe, as I was told, they are all females! AND….we have no idea really what kind of ducks they are!!! Ideas? Please and thank you!!!
