Please call the vet that saw her and ask about switching to Baytril. The antibiotic they prescribed is pretty good, but Baytril might be better in this case.
At 3 pounds (1360 grams), I think I would want to get at least 40 ml into her 4-6 times a day. Also ask the vet about this.
This is the yellow that concerns me.

Maverick is the first duck this office has ever seen. The dr isn’t comfortable trying to do subcutaneous fluids. I’m gonna up the pedialyte and the feedings. Here’s a picture of the meds I just got from them.
