I’ve been reading too many BYC threads....

I had the stupidest dream last night. I went out into my yard to feed the ducks and chicken (only 1 that was given to me as a pullet) in the morning.

As I was filling the feed bucket the chicken started approaching me suspiciously and then attacked me! Claws first right at my face. I stomped at it and yelled “get back”. Then the chicken let out a crow. My chicken atlas is a rooster and a mean one at that....

Here’s the kicker....I don’t even own a chicken! I have ducks! Why the heck am I dreaming about a rooster attacking me?!

I chalk it up to looking at threads on BYC coincidentally the aggressive rooster threads and the pullet or cockerel threads.

I thought it was the silliest thing and had to share

i have chickens and i had a lot of nightmares about predators or other horrible things...that were some of worse nightmares i've ever had

I got rid of an aggressive rooster and more than once dreamed he returned.
They could make a rooster horror movie...

Apparently your brain thinks you have an unhealthy relationship with your birds haha. Your going to become an old chicken lady/man!

Do you eat cheese before bed? Apparently it makes you have weird dreams!

I had some Mediterranean pizza for supper. It was goats cheese haha. I’m also pregnant soooo I’m thinking that’s got something to do with it. Vivid dreams is a symptom of pregnancy.
