I’ve had AWFULL luck so far please be some hens LOL

I bought 6 silkies and so far FIVE are roosters ahhh and the last one I’m not sure yet.

So I went out and got more chicks 3 polish and they sold me one random one, a spangled Hamburg.
mohoping it’s a hen because it’s the only one I have of that type. How old do they need to be to try to sex them?
Mines about 3 weeks old.

I'm not sure what it is. It's tail looks short so it may be a roo. When it was a baby did its feathers grow in a a young age?
