I cannot figure out the breed and I cannot figure out if they are male or female. They are 10 days old and three of them have tail feathers one of them does not two of them have black legs two of them have peach colored legs.
And what happens if one of them happens to be Male what do I do what do I have to do?

Too young to sex. Wait until they are between 4 ad 6 weeks old to sex.

That said, I read an article about sexing chicks by early developing tail feathers; that pullet chicks develop tails sooner than cockerels. However, I have never tried this and waited to see if its accurate. The article said it had a 70% accuracy. That in itself says it's not a very good way to sex chickens, but I'll be interested to see if your no tail black chick turns out to be a cockerel.

My concern is if I do happen to have a male, the people I bought from said just bring him back in exchange for a female, but they love each other and I love them, my husband says we can just keep them separate, that just seems like punishment. Any idea about breed, I’ll add some pictures from today the change so much between the time I shut the lights off and I wake up.
No tail feathers will sit in the sandbox while the other 3 play. How can you tell if it’s an illness! Wow! Sorry that is a lot of questions!

Why would you think he?? needs to be kept separate as I know of no reason why they can't be kept together.

He/she look healthy and I know of no "disease" that would stop just the tail from growing. It is hard to identify many chicks as to breed until they are bigger. They may even be crosses of some type. Have you asked the people you bought them from?

Don’t worry until they are older. When they are older we can sex them and tell their breed. Post when they are six weeks. If you happen to have more than one rooster, you can get rid of some because it will not effect the chicks too badly. I suggest only one rooster. If you have one rooster, you can keep them with each other, there is no need to separate them.

Well out of my 4 no tail is the laziest, everyone else will be running around crazy and “no tail feathers” just sits in the sand box. Starting just now to get little sprouts, the other 3 are probably an inch long, I have a very light cream color and a reddish one and 2 black ones with black legs, one of the black ones has white on the chest and the other stubby tail, lazy.. until some Snack come around and then they all chase after “NTF” it is pretty entertaining to watch
