I accidently got vanilla yogurt

I too use plain yogurt instead of sour cream. It also makes a great dip when mixed with a chipotle salsa! Yum!!

The nice thing about having goats and other milk sources is I can make sour cream too. My kids prefer a more dessert style yogurt so I use different cultures and creams to make a rich creamy yogurt they enjoy. If you have things in your market from different areas you can try less sour yogurt cultures, geek cultures, italiain, etc. All yummy and serve many purposes in the kitchen.
