I have posts on here about my crossed beaker Sammy. She is 8 weeks old and looks much like your black chick, except her lower beak goes to the left. She has never had any problems drinking. Her top beak grew out pretty long and the vet trimmed almost half it off, I have kept it filed shorter and she has finally figured out how to eat, the feeder dish is much deeper than the chick feeders. She is still pretty small compared to the others but she has grown. I almost wonder if she is possibly a bantam but I don't think its highly possible because she was the same size and "normal" looking when my chicks arrived.
As with your two, she doesn't get pushed away from her food, she ducks under the others and because she is too short to reach the hanger feeder while standing on the ground, she hops right up onto the base of the feeder and walks in circles around the feeder eating, stepping over the others heads as she goes.
Good luck with your little ones!
