I had a lady give me 2 RIR hens. I added them to my flock on thursday. I knew it would take awhile for them to get used to each other. One of them can walk around with a little bit of bullying and she is the small one but the bigger one gets attacked alot,even the rooster will take off after her and flog her. He is normally real gental but i dont know what the deal is. She lays and eats but she gets little rest and stays on the roost most of the time what sould i do? I have another pen with another rooster and 5 hens do you think they will get the same treatment there as well?

What I've done is keep them apart from each other until they're more or less ignored by the rest of them or at least till the others stop acting aggressive. Fenced off or in a large crate within the coop would work. They really aught to be quarantined for awhile before adding them but you prob. know that.
