Here’s some extra details! She doesn’t weigh that much, the bottom of her feet are bright yellow, and she has orange eyes (if you couldn’t tell in the picture)

Many hatchery EEs (the ones that they sell labeled incorrectly as "Americanas") aren't crossbreeds... They have a many breeds in their ancestry but hatcheries have been breeding EE to EE for generations so they are more like a landrace, in a way. Maybe they cross in new breeds from time to time, but I doubt it.
EEs aren't a Standard breed, but they do not differ from Standard breeds by having mixed ancestry. Many of the dual purpose breeds we see today also had multiple breeds in their ancestry.

It looks pretty similar to a gray ameraucana! So i would say thats the mix.
A grey Ameraucana doesn't exist.
I don't know much about EEs but she sort of looks like a gray or blue ameraucana.
Ameraucanas were created from EEs, not the other way around. I'm sure some EEs have Ameraucana mixed in but you can't be sure they do since an EE is basically a nonstandard Ameraucana.
