Harsh.... but Welcome...and good luck! Our SC group loves new eggs...we have quite a few! I was one myself less than a year ago!
 
Of course you are not from SC but you could go to" where are you ,where am I? " thread and see if there are folks local to you or start a group for people in your area...we all talk in other threads but it is nice to find BYCers close so you can meet and talk about local events!
