My 5 Brahma/Orps, 2 Ameraucanas, and 3 silkies outgrew their rubbermaid homes, so I had to move them to the Lavatoria Tubbia.

The Brahma/Orps ARE tanks, and the three little silkies love them, they squeeze in between them to take a snuggly nap.

Wow! I don't need permission, verification, or justification to hatch chicks.
It's the norm here and Hubby accepts that --- anybody else can go suck bubbles.
I'm not a hatch-a-whatever --- I just enjoy breeding 'odd birds' and hatching chicks

So tonight at dinner, DH says "so, what are you going to do with all those chicks in my shop".......

are you going to put them in the run with the others or build another coop? ......I said I guess I need to build another coop.

He says well you better get on it before they outgrow their crates. I put the cart before the horse, the chick before the coop again. When I first ordered our chicks I came out and told DH we need to build a coop and run in the next 6 weeks because I've got chicks on the way. ha ha

I told him I'm almost done but will need another coop just for the bantams. I guess I know what I
ll be doing this weekend.
