I started with 4. One by one I have lost them. The last one I lost just dropped dead, after it took me longer than usual to corral him into the pen for the night. ( ????? Any ideas???)
NOw I have one left . Should I just give it to a neighbor who has several? Is there any way I can keep just one? I don't have any other fowl. I was keeping them in my fenced backyard. They would free range part of the day, but always end up back in the yard. What say you???

I say:
How old are they?
Have they ever had a fecal test performed?
Have you checked them for bugs?
Sorry for your losses.

I'm so sorry. I have read on this board that if you have only one guinea, keep a mirror in the coop so they have the impression that they are not alone. Also, put a stuffed animal in the coop so they have something to snuggle up to at night. How old were they?
