I am feeling so creative right now!!!! Look what I did!!

Oh go ahead ruth, its not the first time someone has used those wire storage cubes, as you can clearly see from pictures above... or did you miss those?

Hey Wildsky - no I didn't miss the others but since WillsMama made the post I thanked her. Because of her post I saw all the other great ideas for uses for those. I just had never thought about them before and now I have visions of wire chicken mazes all over the yard - like those hamster tunnel mazes.

I never thought of using those shelving things but from all those pictures
they look very effective. I have 10 or so up in the attic so tommorrow I'll
go up in that hot dusty attic and pull them down.

Plastic wire ties wouldn't work for me because the silkies chew threw plastic
but I do have some old stiff rusty vice grips that might work.

Looks like a new tractor is in my silkies future. They really need some grrass
time.

I would be honored for you to use the idea.. I am so glad I could help. It's really easy to move, the connectors make it easy to scoot on the floor, and I have only had some difficulty with one or two of the panels popping loose, but only if they are not connected tightly to begin with.

Funniest thing happened this morning, the big chickens were trying tp pick on the little chickens by poking their heads through the divider wall between the two sections, and then the younger chicks would retaliate by pecking the big chickens heads!! Didn't take long for the big chicks to learn to leave the little ones alone!

I love chick TV!!
