I am getting furstrated with RUDE PEOPLE!!!

It is not only store employees that are rude. I work in a deli that serves hot lunches. We often get people in there that just DEMAND that they get what they want with no regard to other customers or staff. We are often treated like we are there just to serve them and do their bidding. I have often wanted to toss some persons lunch right in their face just to teach them courtesy. But in our store the customer is ALWAYS right!

On a positive note; I wish the media would have focused more on what Beyonce did at the MTV awards than what the other idiot did. The lady has class...... and I was thrilled it was showcased on a show that teens were watching.

That was a major manners lesson the media missed out on......
