I'll be geting my own first babies at teh end of the month.

The best basic advice is to get everything you need set up ahead of time and try everything out to see if it works, and be prepared for amazingly fast growth. But the first week of their lives is critical to their survival and later lives.

Be ready to check on them a minimum of 5 times a day.

And figure out where the EMERGENCY POST forum is so if you have a crisis you can get answers quickly!
