I would not be shocked if my Ameraucanas from Tractor Supply are not a 'true' pure breed. I was looking for Buff Orpinton, but I had my 16 year-old with me... Instead of waiting until they had what I wanted, I ended up bringing home 4 Ameraucanas for my first ever chickens.

TSC doesn't sell Ameraucanas. They only sell Easter Eggers. I hope that the one with cross beak does okay. As @sourland mentioned, feed her moistened food in a deep dish so she can scoop it out easier. Good luck.

Glad to meet you. I am sorry about your crossbeak, and hope it does OK. There are people on BYC who have grown chickens with crossbeak who seem to be doing fine. You can look for the topic using SEARCH. Best wishes with your flock!
