I am horrified what is going on!! Quail toes falling off or somthing

I have woke uo to myg quail not being able to walk i am so horrified! My partner got her put of the cage and her feet look like this

I cleaned the cage 2 days ago and i had not noticed anything strange going on
The cage is inside in my kitchen and always has been, the male quail with her his feet are fine

There is not really much in the cage it was just temporary because we wanted to get the gunea pig looking cage on the wheels if you know what i mean

@Nabiki could maybe help. I’ve never seen anything like it and nothing is jumping out at me from your setup. What’s that white thing in the corner?

Just a cardboard box she lays her eggs inside of

She is just laying down fluffed up looks to be really sick and possibly dying, i have the cage covered over with a blanket. Her male quail keeps crying lout loud this is so sad, the only other quail i have is 1 male 1 female pair and i have had them for 3 years they would not accept him into their cage if his female passed away. Everyone elses feet are fine i just had a look

How often do you clean the cage? Maybe it could be getting to damp/dirty (not trying to be mean just trying to rule out possibilities). If it just the female is the rooster doing it?
