Ok...
I'm curious... and concerned...

A friend of mine who runs a health food store was just filling me in on this, the mandatory vaccinations that is... Is it being passed that all kids have to receive this period, or if they go to public school, or is it including adults too???
I have 2 daughters and have never given them vaccinations, so, this is very scary to me as well!...

DH and Ihave said that we'd like to check out British Columbia, Canada eventually. But, then again, we love the cold.

I've been to Dominica (West Indies). GORGEOUS!! Many Americans and Europeans have moved there since it is cheap, but stunning! It is the "Nature Island" of the West Indies and not heavily tourist-y, which makes it so appealing. The winters are 75 degrees, the summers are 85 degrees. Great if you don't mind the same the season year round. I'd imagine it is similar weather to Belize.

Not to jump thread here. My friend & I were just discussing how we take care of every illegal alien that walks in to a social services office.(My friend works there) Because their aliens their not counted in the big picture as a minority or majority. It's beginning to seem as a white man, I'm one of the minority now! Wouldn't it be easier to walk in to a SS office check the box as Illegal alien, & live the high life. Food stamps,Health Beni,& a roof over your head.(I think that's the new American dream)...........PS. my kids aren't getting that flu shot. Let them test it on Obama's kids first!
