I am new to BY Chicken raising.

Thank you all for the wonderful welcome. I have separated the roo from the hens because he mounts them so much they have no feathers on their backs. This pic is from the top of the girls sitting in the nesting box. I need to know if it is ok to let them be together before the chick's hatch (or soon after)?

If the eggs are due to hatch on the same day, then I'd leave them be. You may want to pay close attention. I've never had a hen harm a chick, but it can happen.
You'll need to make sure that you have a shallow dish of water and a chick safe (not layer) feed for them. I use Purina flock raiser for my flock. Good luck with the hatch.
