I am new to the chicken life!

If you told us what is going on with Bumbles maybe we can suggest what to do to help her/him.

Welcome to Backyard chickens
It's a hard one to describe, shes a Rhode Island Red who is about 10 days old. Ever since we got her, she has a hard time standing and walking forward. She can do it, but when she does, she just "bumbles" around. She eats and drinks just fine, the legs and feet seem to be fine, she seems to be growing at a normal pace, and vent is clear. When she's not eating or drinking, she is usually sleeping. Her body shape seems to be a little different then the other RIR, as her lower back appears to be arched up and her little butt is always in the air. She also seams to breathe a little faster and harder than the others, as her body visibly moves, but she is not panting. With all the symptoms going on, I thought it might be wry neck, but her neck seems fine, and head is not hindered. I have tried doing the vitamin E thing by putting it on a q-tip and seeing if she'll drink it that way with no luck. Now I am back to the drawing board. I'll try and get a picture of her tonight.
