Chapter 22

'Alex?!?!??!?!? Mary?!?!?!??!?!?' genius and I yelled
'Don't do it!!!!!!' I heard Alex scream over and over.

My eye caught a human, holding Mary and Alex upside down, by their feet. They were wobbling around and screeching for help. Every once in a while, another human would yank their heads and slap their faces. Genius and I cried. We ran over to the human with our friends and attacked. We drew blood from their legs, and made deep gashes. The humans ignored us. We continued to do so, but still, nothing happened. Once in a while the human would look down at the blood gushing from it's legs. Genius and I decided we were going to do something different this time though. We flew on top of the humans shoulders and pecked it's face. We yanked it's hair out. The human tried to push us away, but we ignored it, and didn't stop tackling the human, who was going to hurt our friends.

Otis and Chunk decided they were gonna come in.

'CRAP!! They're cows!!!' The human yelled.

Chunk and Otis snorted and stomped their feet at the human. It quickly put Mary's and Alex's feet on the chain and ran down the long hall.

'HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!' Mary screemed.
'PLEASE DO IT!!!!!' Alex yelled.

Genius and I ran over, below them. We looked up. We saw their faces. The chain started to move. They were dipped in this scalding hot looking liquid. When they came out, they were featherless and hardly alive. This happened to a bunch of other chickens. Next, there was a blade. Their heads were chopped off. Their faces landed on us.

'Mary.... Alex....' Genius and I wept.
'Thanks a lot you jerk face cows!! You were too late! I hate you!' I cried in anger.
'You idiots!!! What is wrong with you beef cakes??? I HATE you!!!!!!' Genius screemed.
