Anyone have any advice on quitting coffee & pop?

Until I get a doctor's diagnosis--I'm not drinking coffee or pop...and I have a MAJOR headache now.

Chew a LOT of gum. Instead of drinking caffeine, go on a walk to help get those endorphines pumping...
