NOPE, people have passion when it comes to beliefs. many can not fold, and don't care about the other person. It's just the way of mankind~

personally the first thing i read is the locked threads...lol I know, i shouldn't but i can't help myself

I think this happens a most internet forums. Its very hard to convey the tone of what you are saying in written form.



Sometimes I think I'm trying to be funny, but come off as being mean. Use of emoticons (the smiley faces) can help with that. If I'm joking I try to add one of these so people know I'm joking.


Sometime i think using certain words that convey a general opinion versus my own opinion have some effect too.

for example saying

People hate the color pink

vs

I hate the color pink.
