I am seeking immediate help for my chicken

[The Hen House Leader]

So in past week I saw that my hen has lost a bit of weight and feathers. And yesterday upon closer look it seems that she may have the very very early signs of a breast blister and two small bubbles on her feet. I try and keep a very clean coop and my chickens have shown no other signs of and problems... So what steps should I take too helping my hen heal? Is there any treatments or cures? It seems to be in the mild stages

Could you post pictures of the feet and blister? Also, how much did she weigh before and now?
