If you have ever seen a peeved possum you'd shoot it too. That has to be one of the ugliest, meanest, nastiest creatures out there when they get mad. I think the reason why people get so upset over raccoons is because they look cute SOMETIMES. If all these predators were hairless, slimy with 14 legs and a limp going after human children they might not stand up for them so much

I guess it's okay if you just have to relocate something but make sure it is done in a legal way because like some other posters said it is illegal in most places because you are just pushing your problem off on other people and their pets. Can you just imagine our grandparents having this conversation back in their day? Just the thought makes me laugh.

I'll tear apart, i.e. dismember or eviscerate a chicken-eatin' raccoon or fox in a heartbeat. I once caught a fox (with my duck in its mouth) with my bare hands at 3:00 in the morning. That fox was literally petrified, did not move. I placed it in a cage and shot it with glee. Hubby calls me "Annie Oakley". Lol!
