I am so bummed... Quick update pg6 5/29 and pg 7 post 67

UPDATE: I post this with a heavy heart:

My nephew came and got Bruiser. I was heartbroken and he could care less. He pulled up loaded Bruiser and his stuff and left. Didn't say thankyou, kiss my butt, have a nice day......nothing, just left. So needless to say I was pretty upset. I am hoping that I did the right thing... although I am kicking my self in the rear-end. I know this may sound ugly, but I sure hope it doesn't work out and Bruiser has to come back. I miss him something terrible. "When" he comes back.....there will be no leaving. I have a bill of sale waiting to be signed.....

Now for the "other" bad news: I had also mentioned having to take my yorkie to the vet because he started having seizers. Maxwell had been at the vets office since Friday, he just was not getting anybetter. He continued to have seizers off and on. He was just in a daze, very lethargic. Blood work and x-ray's were normal. The vet said that there might be something else going on in his brain, like a tumor, that we could not fix. So after many tears, I made that dreadful decision to end his suffering. That is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.

So needless to say I have had a rough week. I am not sure how much more heartache I can take.

So sorry you had to go through all this. That is so mean that he took bruiser. I'm sure Bruiser is missing you right now too. I hope he brings him back soon

So sorry Barnyard! I am sure it is a sad week at your house.

I have had a similar experience. and it SUCKS!

Regardless of what you decided someone was going to be upset or mad.

Do not kick yourself in the butt, you made a decision, and it was the right one made at that time.
(We can always hope the nephew gets to feeling bad , and brings him back)
Seems like you are the peacemaker of your family, and making peace is a good thing, hard at time but still a good thing.

currently , I have 7 dogs, ( i live at the street, that has the invisible sign that says "drop your wormy, flea invested, sick dogs here" ) My DH LOANED out one of our dogs , while I was out of town on business, and the dog never came back, except for vet care, etc..... That was over a year ago, and I still miss that dog today, and get pipping mad at DH everytime I think about it.
