I am so confused???! Does this mean chickens are not allowed?

I'd be looking for another place if I were you. Most of the people who I've seen on here saying they have to get rid of their birds have very similar rules. I personally would never live in an area with HOAs cause they can and will change the rules to suit their interest. and in most cases, chickens are not in their interest. Keep looking!

Thank you for the advice :)

First, look at the documents and see if there is a definitions section, and if "livestock" is defined. If not, look at your city/county/state laws and see if it is defined in any of them.

In many places, livestock refers to hoofed animals, and disallowance of all 4H livestock except sheep or goats may be in wanting to keep pigs out (without actually stating it).

Also, drive through the neighborhood and look to see if you can find evidence of poultry (seeing the birds, coops, etc.) If there are already a number of visible chickens or other poultry, you almost certainly do not have a problem; if you see none, and also no evidence of them, thern there may be an issue.
