use a 100 watt bulb. Take a peice of cardboard cut a small egg shaped hole out and place it over the 100 watt bulb. This is how I do it and seems to work good !!
It might be hard this far along to see anything, You can look for piping in the air cell.
Since today is day 25 I think you will be safe opening the eggs to see what went on in there.... You can take a needle and make a hole in the air sac (big end) look in to see if you see any movment and open the egg from there.
