What's the big deal? A cow ate a chick. Chicks are rather low in the food chain. If it was a frog would it be any different? I mean I was sort of surprised to see something like that. Cows are herbivores aren't they?

some of the post are over 2 years old and there are more people who liked the video then disliked it, I did not watch the video just looked at comments so what does this say about the times we live in where more people finds this kind of video cool then people who think it is wrong.

Most Youtube comments are idiotic and border on obscene. I'm not going to draw any conclusions about our society based on those comments.

The cow ate a chick. It didn't torture it. I fail to see the significance of it on either side of the argument. Day old cockerals are run through grinders alive because they have no value. That bothers me a bit. However many are frozen and used as reptile feed and other useful purposes.
