You look like the winner, with that cute little family. You will have lots of chicks from the looks of them!They didn't want to spend the money, take the time, or do the research, so I ended up taking care of all the birds and selling them, and the got all the money. it was really unfair

People like your friends give us bird people a bad name with those rescue people. No bird of mine ever ended up in one of those places, or ever will. When someone gets a chick from me, I tell them to bring it back to me if they can not care for it anymore. I bred cockatiels for a lot of years. Got a couple of them back, those people did not deserve one of my baby birds! I once had 9 babies at one time, lots of hand feeding!
If you can bear to sell those babies, you will make some money.it is also hard, because I am 14 year old girl with no income source(no one in my community has work for me, and we live 36 minutes away from the nearest town
and you have to raise them to adult hood and pair them or they will die of depression
