I got his twin here I know just what you are feeling my guy has been coming for about 5 years and doesn't hurt anyone. This year it has been scary.

I don't think you could hunt him at this point, as baiting is prohibited in PA.

He is HUGE. I'm glad for you he is so easily spooked.

As far as getting a better picture, you could try setting up an external light outside. You may have to focus on him dead on, as the camera is compensating for the overall darkness, favoring the lighter trees instead of the dark bear. Photographing very dark subjects at night is tricky, that's for sure.
