when i was young (6 and under) i used to watch my great-grandmother process chickens a lot, so i'm prepared for the blood and the twitching. i've just never actually done the deed myself and it's been 21 years since i've actually witnessed it. i'm sure once i get going i'll be ok. thanks for the support everyone!
