Darn I got ripped off selling my silkie. I'm going to start listing on Craigslist. I sold a nice splash silkie roo for only 15$. (catdance silkie. he was lonely and I didn't want him mating with my Olive eggers) He had a nice black comb, beautiful feathers, 5 toes feathered nicely.
. I wish I would have known better about silkies. I had a moment when I was bored and lurking in the auction section and kelar put up a buy now, well in a moment of weakness I hit buy
and there I was with silkies. Two things can be learned from this 1. DON'T LURK ON THE AUCTION SECTION WHEN BORED. (this has happened with eggs from Wynette also) 2. Know more about the bird you are selling and what is a good price. As for JesikaD01 lesson is just about the same as mine. Know more about the birds you are buying, and what is the difference in pet and show quality and what is a good price for both.
