i have a rooster that i can not keep anymore due to neighbor complaints. I dont want to see him i just want to give him away to someone who will take care of him.

Try posting your rooster for sale under the Chicks & Chickens - Buy Sell Trade category. It would help to include his breed (if known), his age and your general location.
