Eggs are as simple to make as any offspring, possibly less so because they're made AND THEN they can further create offspring. Bur i dont see the big deal in whether or not its correct to call an egg simple. In the grand scheme of everything, the egg really isn't at the top of complex things.

This kind of an odd one to apologize for.

Yes eggs aren't really simple. Made up of a yolk, Albumin, Chaleza, & Blastoderm. Covered by Shell made of calcium.

But I do think of an Unfertilized egg as a kind of simpler form of egg since it doesn't produce a chick.

A fertilized egg consists of a Yolk, Albumin, Chaleza, & a BlastoDisk, covered by a shell made of calcium, which will soon start forming the embryo within the matter of days in the right conditions.


Hope this makes sense.
